Developing your Chest by Mark Reifkind, The Book.

Amazon.com still carries my book! I wrote this in 1984 for the Getting Strong Series published by Bob Anderson of Runners World fame.I also wrote two other books for the series that were not published when ANderson closed the book division when he got divorced!

Very cool, maybe you will see my High Intensity manual, "Combat Rock" someday. Owned by the then unknown Dogbrothers and Stuart McRobert.

no I didnt write a book with him but I did do a few articles for Muscle Mag international. he also stole my idea of Post exhaust training.Not a big kennedy fan anymore :))

215 x 1, 225 miss x 2, 205 x 1 x 5 , side and rear delts , floor pushups ( deep, paused) 3 x 9

 Didnt sleep well last night and that didn't help. 205 and 215 were strong ( but not fast) and sure enough I didn't have enough spee...
