Wow. He was ripped. Still is! Genetics are very important and do play a giant role!

The kid is ripped at 12.

What's next? Getting pregnant at 6?

Strong as he is, I'm more intrigued by his ideas than his physique or strength. He could squat 2,000 lbs. and I wouldn't care, but if his ideas can improve my life 10%, I'll take notice.

his ideas and the way he put it together not only started me back on way to back health and function he taught me how to train my clients so they didnt get hurt either.plus he's nuts and I resemble that remark.

Yeah, you resemble all right. You're just as nuts as he is. Good thing you have compassion and are a force of good and not evil.

I'm looking forward to Chek's book, because I'm eager to nail down the science of poop. With kettlebells and poop-science, I expect to become immortal and gain the ability to laugh at all things in a genuine and humane way.

I did a search on "taoist poop." Evidently, the TCM practitioners place a lot of importance on the quality of one's turds.
