24 kg snatch



Good energy day today.Shoulders miraculously stopped aching the other day, must be all that overhead stick stretching I decided to revisit  :).Overall energy is definitely up.Back to pre surgery levels.

these felt great. overhead position the best it's been in awhile. the most reps I've done with this in forever. Had more in me but it's a back off week.

Sure looking good! That TKR didn't slow things for long!
I'm sure there were some painful times in those weeks, but you've really made a great recovery and now you should be able to soar to new heights!

thanks Diana,
it actually speeded things up after the first few weeks because the constant pain wasn't there in the new and the new implant actually gave me a leg to stand on.
it's just great and now that my energy has returned it's even better

More press mistakes from today

 1) Gotta engage the rhomboids when setting the low rack position.Lock in 2) Elbows up is crucial 3) 'Straight  up' on the unracking...
