Sunday Ruck. PR and new standard

Strong walk today. Pack weight the same as last time, 32.5 lbs.  Twelve laps in 2 hours and 5 minutes. 12 sets of squats held for 30-45 seconds at the end of each lap. This was not a problem. 5 minutes to and from the park. So this is the new standard, 6 laps per hour. Will maintain pack weight for another 3-4 walks then up it to 35 lbs.
Feet felt the best ever and legs very very solid. Coming along nicely.

Mark-
Just curious....when you say "laps" while describing your ruck walks, what is the terrain like that you're walking on? Is it a track, or flat pathways, roads, trails, woods, sidewalks, or what? Just curious-

I hate walking on concrete. when I was a runner it was always trails and dirt for me

155 x 3 x 5, 160 x 3 x 5, 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 40, 35

Thought about going back to 5x5 for a hot second then my left shoulder  reminded me why I stopped doing them before. It doesn't seem to...
