Sunday ruck: Heavy Gravity.

Well it's not surprising. The day after heavy one arm swings the ruck is slower and harder than normal. Legs didn't feel tired but my upper back was. Pace was steady the whole ruck, slow but steady

good to have these slog days too. this is when you learn to push through. If it's always easy you don't learn much.
