Back in the saddle ruck

Not bad at all, after a long fast too. Heat adaptation wasn't bad either- not stinkin' hot but not cool either and everything felt fine

Hope's that's the case on Saturday

45 lb Ruck
6 laps
57  min
6th lap 8 min even

Legs felt strong and loose

BW 162.6
BF 11.7
W 57.1

It was great to hang out and drink some 17 year old single malt with three Royal Marines that were in the SMK cert.  Talk about Real Deal guys. And now I know, Yomping, means Rucking. The original rucking

That's cool!
Between your blog and the Facebook posts, sounds like the trip was both successful and a great time!!

thanks Diana it was an excellent easy trip. Looks like you had fun getting tasered!

I'm having a blast learning through this police academy. So honored to have been given this opportunity to get to really know some fine men and women in blue.

The taser? I just had to....one never can truly relate until it's been done to them, so what the hell, it was only 2 seconds! 2 painful seconds, but none the less, only 2 seconds!

More press mistakes from today

 1) Gotta engage the rhomboids when setting the low rack position.Lock in 2) Elbows up is crucial 3) 'Straight  up' on the unracking...
