Easy ruck start back

Neck and t spine were pretty tight after yesterdays training and all that plane sitting. Got through and surprisingly strong 4 laps in the ruck with 45 lbs and my legs felt loose and strong. strange.
After the ruck i spent 30 + minutes doing serious super nova ball body maintenance and lots of front panel release. Pulling me into flexion big time

I didn't want to do the ruck my neck and upper back were that tight but I thought it would be better after and it was
