Decent ruck



Not a bad one at all. Walked a fast 30 minutes with a client an hour before the ruck so I was "warmed up" nicely

Legs felt solid, loose and strong all at the same time but it's starting to get hot! Wore my XOSKIN shorts top and socks and it does make a difference. Really starting to love this stuff
